​Site and Domain Ownership Information:

• Upon full and completed payment, your domain will be registered in your name using your provided information. You will have full ownership and control of your domain.

• Website ownership will be transferred directly to you upon project completion.

• You will receive an email with transfer instructions.

• You must accept the transfer via the provided link to finalize ownership.

• Upon request, The Design Loft can remain as a co-owner or contributor to assist with future updates, edits, or maintenance.

 

 

📌 Important: Once ownership is transferred, you are responsible for

maintaining login access and account security.

To ensure the best possible outcome, please provide as much of the following as possible:

• Before & after photos (if applicable)

• Photo captions or descriptions

• Portfolio content (photos, past work, etc.)

• Videos you’d like displayed

• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

• Terms & Conditions

• Refund or return policies

 

Content Guidelines & Responsibilities​

• All content must be accurate, complete, and final before submission.

• The Design Loft is not responsible for errors in client-provided text, pricing, or details.

• If content is missing or incomplete, placeholder content may be used or sections may be simplified.

• Significant content changes after design has begun may be subject to revision or additional fees.

🌐 Domain Registration

Domains are registered in your name and billed based on your selected term:

• 1 Year — $13.35

• 2 Years — $24.70

• 3 Years — $34.05

• 5 Years — $56.07

• 10 Years — $109.47

📌 Domain pricing may vary slightly depending on availability and provider rates.

💻 Website Hosting

• $27.00/month- with out online shop

• $45.00/month- with shop

This covers hosting, platform access, and keeping your website live and accessible online.

🎨 Website Design Fee

• $200.00 (one-time) Includes:

• Full website design

• Layout & structure

• Mobile optimization

• Basic setup based on provided content

💳 Payment Structure

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project

• The remaining balance is due upon completion before final delivery and transfer

📌 Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Domain and hosting fees are separate from design fees

• Any additional features, pages, or requests outside the original scope may result in added charges

• Ongoing services such as maintenance or updates are not included unless purchased separately
