Payment Structure

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project

The remaining balance is due upon completion before final delivery and transfer

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Additional Notes -
Domain and hosting fees are separate from design fees

Any additional features, pages, or requests outside the original scope may result in added charges

Ongoing services such as maintenance or updates are not included unless purchased separately
Site and Domain Ownership Information

Upon full and completed payment, your domain will be registered in your name using your provided information. You will have full ownership and control of your domain.

Website ownership will be transferred directly to you upon project completion.

You will receive an email with transfer instructions.

You must accept the transfer via the provided link to finalize ownership.

Upon request, The Design Loft can remain as a co-owner or contributor to assist with future updates, edits, or maintenance.
Important: Once ownership is transferred, you are responsible for
maintaining login access and account security
