Site Design Fee- $200.00

$100 Non Refundable Deposit required before the start of the site build.

The rest is due upon completion.

Site and Domain Ownership Information:

Upon completed payment, the Domain will be registered in your name with your address. You have complete ownership of the domain.

The site ownership will be immediately transferred over to you, you will receive email confirmation of the transfers, you need to accept the links sent to the provided email to complete the transfers. Upon request I will stay on as co-owner, just to help you with any editing needs in the future.

• Kindly send **all files, documents, and photos** within 24 hours of booking.

• Please complete all questions in the Google document to the best of your ability.

• If you sell a product, it is **essential** to provide all relevant information and photos, including products and pricing.

• If you have a specific font color or theme in mind, please communicate that before I begin designing your site.

• Please send a small paragraph for the about section, About the business or about yourself whatever you prefer.

• Remember, the amount of information you provide will determine what appears on your site. Minimal information will result in a simpler site.

• A **$100 non-refundable deposit** is required at the start of the build, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Please be prompt in your responses if I reach out with questions. Timely answers will help prevent delays in the development of your site.

Once form is submitted and deposit is made, I will begin your site directly, with a 24/48 hour turn around as long as all documentation is provided. If I do not receive the proper information and documentation within a timely manner it will prolong the build of your site.
