The Design Loft Terms and Conditions:

1. Project Requirements

To ensure a smooth and timely process:

All files, documents, images, and content must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

The intake form must be completed fully and accurately.

If applicable, clients must provide:

Product descriptions Pricing 

High-quality photos

Any branding preferences (colors, fonts, style, theme) must be communicated before work begins.

A short paragraph must be provided for the About section.

📌 Note: The final design is directly dependent on the content provided.

Limited or unclear information will result in a more minimal final product.

2. Payment Terms

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final delivery or transfer.

  • Payments accepted via Venmo (@Jordanoskey) unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to submit final payment will result in withholding of files, access, or transfer.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround: 24–48 hours, assuming all materials are submitted on time.

  • Delays in communication or missing content will extend the timeline.

4. Revisions

  • Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Communication

  • Timely responses are required to keep the project moving.

  • Projects may be paused after 5 days of no response.

  • Projects inactive for 14+ days may require a restart fee.

6. Scope of Work

  • Work is based on initial project details.

  • Additional pages, features, or major changes may result in added charges.

7. Ownership & Portfolio Use

  • Full ownership transfers after final payment is received.

  • The Design Loft may showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing use.

8. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds once work has begun.

9. Liability

The Design Loft is not responsible for:

  • Errors in client-provided content

  • Copyright or trademark issues

  • Third-party platform issues (Wix, hosting, etc.)

10. Rush Services

Need it fast? We can make that happen.

  • Projects requested with a turnaround of under 24 hours will incur a rush fee starting at $50+, depending on scope.

  • Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed.

  • Rush projects take priority over standard timelines.

11. Website Maintenance Plans

 

Keep your site fresh, updated, and working smoothly without the stress.

Maintenance plans may include:

  • Content updates (text, photos, pricing, etc.)

  • Minor design edits

  • Product uploads or changes

  • Basic troubleshooting

 

💼 Plans start at $50/month, depending on your needs.
(One-time updates outside of a plan are billed separately.)

12. Monthly Retainer Services

For businesses that want consistent growth and support.

Retainers may include:

  • Ongoing website updates

  • Social media graphics or content

  • Marketing materials (flyers, promos, etc.)

  • Priority scheduling and faster turnaround

Custom packages available based on workload and business needs.
