IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Monthly maintenance packages cover website updates and maintenance only. They do not include a complete website redesign, advanced custom development, paid advertising, graphic design services, or services outside the package unless specifically stated.
Unused monthly hours do not roll over to the following month.
Requests exceeding the included monthly time may be billed separately. Additional charges will always be discussed before additional work is completed.
Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once the monthly service period begins.
Clients are responsible for providing requested text, photos, pricing, product information, and other content needed to complete updates.
Wix hosting, domain registration and renewals, premium apps, business email, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are not included in monthly maintenance pricing.
The Design Loft does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation and is not responsible for Wix outages, third-party service interruptions, platform changes, or issues outside of The Design Loft’s control.
NO CONTRACT REQUIRED
Stay because the service works for you, not because you're locked into a long-term contract. Monthly maintenance can be canceled before the next billing period to prevent the following month's charge.
